you knew most of this is just crying about " I dont want to use my runner
to hurt me". you damn well if the rolls reverse it would be the runner use
all he has to hurt you.

here is the way I see to solve this. well there are two.

1. runner use current threat rating + gear.
or
2. runner add only printed threat rating. reguard less of gear or damage.

no more crying about well my runner would not use that gear. face it some
cards hurt.
