There is suppose to be 3 rares in each starter, but I have also gotten
only 2 rares and sometimes 4 where the extra was towards the back half of
the box. Once, I got a starter with only 1 rare (an objective) and instead
of the normal 5-6 objectives in the middle, I got 22! It would have sucked
big time to get that in a sealed deck tourney...
