Subject:	A few questions about Tactics : Scatter

1) A just hit a Mine Field with six runners on the run. 4 team members
are suppose to die, so to save one, I play Tactics:Scatter on one of the
4 runners so he can live. I'm suppose to give all runners one more point
of damage. The question is, can I put damage on a runner even if he
cannot take more damage ??

2) On a runners vs runners combat, can the damage be applied to my
opponent's runners ?? The card says "Damage intended for that Runner
must be divided as evenly as possible among all Runners present". If so,
who decide where to put the damage ?? If you need an example, just
imagine a team including Torgo with 2 katanas intercept my team. I think
I'd like to give my opponent a small tokken of my appreciation !!!

3) What about drones/spirits in the two first questions ?? They're not
affected by Mine Field so they cannot receive damage, and in a R vs R
they receive damage since they can be affected by other runners. Am I
correct in this assumption ???

4) Can I play this card on a Drone/Spirit who just received damage ???
