They are never considered runners, they just ct like them during combat.
When you enter combat, for the purposses of assigning attackers, and
blockers, Drones may take the plece of their controling Rigger. They deal
and receive the damage from normal combat, other than that, they never have
the characteristics of runners, and are NEVER NEVER NEVER counted as a
runner for a card that says "runner(s)" on it.
