The owner of my local shop has been hounding me for a while to run a
couple different demo's for her. (All for the benefit of getting a
discount, or free stuff, how can I say no.) So I've finally decided to
go ahead and do the S.R.T.C.G. demo, as there's plenty of Shadowrun
R.p.g'ers in this area, I'm sure I could draw a fairly large crowd.
(Plus, as an added bonus, a lot of the kids in the area a) frequent her
shop, and b) are always interested in a new card game where they don't
need to spend every cent they have ala Magic.)
Now, a few question's.
1.) For those of you who have run demo's, how the best way to do it? I
figure on explaining the basic rules, the card uses, and then letting
them play..... anyone else have any suggestion's???
2.) How should I do the deck's? Just use basic starters? Or make
common based decks? Shall I theme them? or just make 'em all even?
