Nope - the card says turn a runner who as two or more skills. So its 1
runner turned for 2¥. On a side note... skills to pay the bills... is a
card that gets you nuyen for all skills.

Nope - combat damage happens simultaniously. There is no time for you
to use biotech... beside biotech cannot heal a runner whos body is
reduced to 0.

You get to choose 1 runner to take all the damage. Regardless if it is
100 points more damage than the runner can take. He is just very dead.
