Here's a question our group had about State Of Confusion this weekend.

A wanted was played on my Skwaaaaaark!. I used a State of Confusion to
push the Wanted onto his Iron Mike. That player wanted to play his SOC and
push the Wanted to a third player. Is this a valid play, or can State of
Confusion not be played on State of Confusion.

The card texts says play on Special just played. Is my SOC the one just
played, or can that also apply to the Wanted?
