I'm under the assumption that the bonus is applied if Spells are used
and only Spells are used - otherwise nothing Mystic gets Tested.
Otherwise, you'd end up with Skwraaaaawk and Tin Man getting the bonus,
which doesn't quite make sense.

Everyone needs to do damage silently -- or, more accurately, so long as
the Runners dealing Silenced damage deal enough damage, without relying
on un-Silenced Runners to add in their Threat Rating, the enemy croaks
without triggering the alarm.
