I'll have to disagree with you on this one (kind of a rare thing). Shady Manager says to
roll the D6 when a runner has earned nuyen from fame. That implies to me that the Fame
has already been used and so it can't be cancelled anymore, the Shady Manager is just
determining where it goes.

That's just my opinion, I could be wrong
