Loki's right, as it really depends a) how bad you want the card, and b) how
bad the person with the promo wants the card you have.
If there's a card that I can't get for any reason, or I have a lot of
promos, I've done two-for-one and one-for-one. It's a matter of demand.
Sounds like the King Of The Hill has been a downright pain to get (we're
still waiting for our InQuest issues here) so I could imagine the asking
"price" would be a bit higher.
Also keep in mind: Just because someone asks for 4 cards, doesn't mean you
can't counter offer. If I ask for something that a person feels
unreasonable, I hope they will make a counter and we can continue to
negotiate from there. I might not want to budge, dependant on the card.
On the other hand, I might say "okay, it's not that big of deal....."
