I'd think about streamlining this to "Target Runner loses all skills and
cannot use special traits or abilities until the end of turn." That
keeps Primeness and Uniqueness intact (although if you want to play it
as a one-turn Copycat Syndrome, feel free) and, since no one really
*uses* Hermit or Anti-social, they should still be in effect as well.
Also keeps things clear just in case any new traits get added in the
game later on.
The name's a bit close to Distraction (a rare from First Run); I might
call this Absent-Mindedness or Loss of Focus or (to riff off another set
of cards) Scatterbrained :) But it's your card, enjoy.
