Ok, probably a easy question and I think it was discussed before but I had a
hard time convincing someone the other day.

Is this correct? "You only have to fight Lonestar Crowd Control if you have
4 or more runners".
It says that the 'alarm is triggered' and doesn't use the 'sleaze' keyword
which I think is confusing people.
I pointed out that you only fight challeges if the alarm is triggered
whether it be the first one or others.
