You can have 4 of any card in any deck (objective or normal) unless
specifically stated otherwise.

You use this card once a turn. Using this card replaces your ability to go
on a shadowrun during that turn. So unless you have a way to go for another
shadowrun (Bulldog Van etc) you can only use it once.

I have many of the cards you need. I have some trading stock so if you want
to make me an offer, contact me privately. Also, I'm from Singapore. So
contact me only if you're willing to trade from so far away. I might even
trade for rares for uncommons and common objectives as I've been building
decks for players wanting to get into the game.
