Direct quote from the card: "One or more Deckers (including Hermit Deckers)
may visit Fuchi Industries instead of going on a shadowrun." So no, you
cant do both. I also believe the official ruling was that Bulldog Van only
applies to Shadowruns, so you cannot use Bulldog Van to visit Fuchi twice
or to visit Fuchi and go on a run, too.
