Actually, Razorback does trash the challenge as written in the FAQ...

Can Razorback use his special ability to sleaze a Personnel Challenge after the alarm has
been triggered?

Yes. This is how Razorback was intended to work. His special ability is being changed to
read, "Trash Razorback to trash a
Personnel Challenge."

Now...he would still have to be present to use that ability, but the
difference is important.
