The suggestion that makes the most sense is the one that said that
it works just like Steamroller w/o the dice rolls.
The reason Crash costs so much is because there is no chance for
failure. With Steamroller, after trashing 2 or 3 electrical challenges,
it's almost impossible (barring good luck and the right cards) to trash
any more. But w/Crash, you haven't those worries.

All contingencies are taken care of if this card is usable only on a
Shadowrun. Once you start the SR and declare your use of Crash,
any revealed Electrical Challenges are trashed (Motion Detectors,
etc). Then, as each challenge is revealed, if it is electrical, it is
trashed.
