Yes and no... The second a team encounters the first challenge, all chances to intercept
are gone. If the team happens to trash every challenge, even the one they've just
encountered, the only thing you can do about it is to send his people home. You can only
intercept if the objective is unchallenged when the team announces it's intention to run.
