I think Keldon means that you use Crash before declaring the shadowrun.
The the Objective would indeed be wide open for interception. Since the
RBT states that all programs can be used at any time by their users,
unless otherwise stated on the card, Crash can indeed be used in the
legwork phase, or at any other point. I discussed this argument we´re
having with some other players, and they all agreed to my opinion. But
since Matt and others like arguing about this, we´ll have to wait for
the official FASA ruling (which has been asked for by at least Loki and
myself via e-mail). ---Felix
