I don't agree. Spacific cards change the rules. The last one played
would have priority. The first card changed a rule (that you can go on a
shadow run) the second card changes the rule again. The person Rush Job
was played on would be able to go on a run because the last card played
says so, other people wouldn't because the last card effecting them said
they couldn't.
Just my 2c (or 2 something, what is change for a newyen???)
