Only if the challenge has a social sleaze requirement.
Let's just say you have the challenge 'Booby Trap'. The only
sleaze requirement on the card is Demolitions. If one of your
runners has the demolitions skill, then that challenge is sleazed.
Well, if 'Booby Trap' is one of the challenges on Ragnarok, then
it requires the Demolitions specified on the card, plus Social
because of card text on Ragnarock.
