I, um, really don't see the need of this, with Hermetic Library and (in
AEX) the Medicine Lodge already filling most of this card's role. A
different effect might work, though I'd rather keep the number of
"search-and-deploy" cards to a minimum.
Also, a few 'aesthetic' nudges: The Hermetic Library is keyworded simply
as a Location, so I don;t see the need to create a new category for this
card. Runners visit Locations -- the attempts, GAQS notwithstanding,
can be considered to succeed. Visiting needs to be followed with a D6
roll, and the search text needs to be corrected to match existing
cards. Cards should also fit to under 32 words, so a lot of the brief
flavor would have to be left out (a shame, as I like flavor!) The card
would have to be edited down to....
MAGICKNET NODE / Location / 3Y
Turn a Mage or Shaman to visit MagickNet Node and roll D6:
1-4: No effect.
5+: Search your draw pile for a Gear/Spell card. Show it to all players
before placing it into your hand.
I've deliberately weakened the effect, so you can change it to your
liking.
