I think Apone was refering to whether or not fatigue effects the damage
runners deal with the spells, in which case, no. The damage from Black
Hammer is not relevent to the threat rating of the runners, and fatigue (I
believe) effects the threat rating, in which case it would not effect the
Fireball spell, but I don't have the rulebook right in front of me.
