What I'd like to see is something like to see is something that would let you grab
specific cards from your discard pile. Something like:
Secondhand Talismonger/ Contact/ 3Nuyen
2 nuyen: Turn a runner to visit the S.T. and roll a d6 (+1 if runner is a mage or shaman)
1 - 4: No effect
5+: Take a gear magic card from your discard pile. Show it to all players before placing
it in your hand.

The basic concept is that the Secondhand Talismonger sells what he finds on the street,
but not all of it is actually magical. It's harder to fool a mage or a shaman, hence the
+1 to the die roll.
