There are a couple on-line resources which might help clear up fuzzy
areas: FASA's FAQ, and Tony Glinka's Q&A (unofficial official
responses). Links through my webpage.

Nope. Retrieved cards go back to your hand. Look for the clarification
in Second Run.

No - unless, of course, the Decker is the only one on the Runner team.
If he's got any compadres there, they can pitch in as well.

Loaded Dice only affects the first D6 roll. The D6 roll from 'Vu would
require its own load of Loaded Dice.

All Locations in play - your own and your opponents. For some reason
the Mafia likes a lot of sawdust hotels....

ATM, there are none; expect to see some in Corp War. Expect to see lots
in Corp War, really, including a few very .. interesting ones.

Suppose your opponent has, oh, Lord Torgo in his safehouse, unturned.
Your opponent doesn't have enough Y to fuel his elf-trash ability, but
next turn he will.

You can use Tempest (or Shuriken, Street Violence, or a few other
sources) to nick Torgo for a few damage, but not enough to kill him
off. So follow the damage up with a Punch Drunk: this turns Torgo (just
in case your opponent Moonlights to get the extra cash). On your
opponent's next turn, LT can only unturn if it's immediately followed by
LT turning to be healed - which, of course, results in him not being
able to trash elves (or intercept runs) for another turn.

I find it clearer if your read the card as "...only *turn* to heal".
This means LT could stay wounded for a while, but rather useless. Punch
drunk, in other words.
