No -- the damage is divided *evenly* between all Runners. In this case,
you'd be better off using Tactics: Converge (which dumps all damage from
a source onto one particular Runner).

Sorry Matt, but you're wrong (about T:S, not T:C). Recheck the example.
there's only one glitch I think : you can play T:S on the TR, but I
*think* that the damage must also be put on *legal* targets. Since all
runners have accumulated all possible damage they can withstand, the
damage will stay on the TR.

Here's a related question: if some of the runners had armor and the
player put a T:S on a runner, will the armor count to resist the damage
??
