How about this.

Flaming Arrow
Challenge (Outdoor)
Roll D6. On a 2+ or higher arrow of death inflicts 4 Armor piercing
damage on
all runners in play.

Tough challenge. What is its sleaze requirement ?? Does Firearms -2,
Stealth -1, Athletics -1 sounds good ?? Also, make it 3+ and roll the
die for each runner.
