Those are all really effective, but my favorit form of nuyen acquisiton
is with the sticky fingers program and shady manager. This way you can
get your money at your opponents expense. Also besides dante's
inferno... the iron lung works good as a nuyen producer only because you
can get lots of cards and don't have to give up the 4+ nuyens to refill
your hand.
