Subject: The Big Chase, Sabotaged Controls, Highway Showdown

I have a question about these cards. They all have the text saying "Each
runner present take X amount of either armor piercing damage, or regular
damage." Big chase is 3 armor piercing, Sabotaged controls is 2 armor
piercing, and highway showdown is 4 damage. Now my question is, does this
apply to all of the runners on the shadowrun? So if i ran into sabotaged
controls and i had 6 runners they would all suffer 2-armor piercing damage?
