I decided to make my card "Oil Refinery" better by the comments Apone
sent, so here it is:

Name: Oil Refinery
Cost: 10 nuyen
Description: Pay 10 nuyen to set up your oil refinery. Roll a D6 every
other turn to determine how many nuyen you recieve. Can only be deployed
if player have no Amerindian Runners in play. If 3 6's are rolled in a
roll, your Oil Refinery cannot drain anymore oil, trash Oil Refinery.
Add this amount to your
Credstick in the Credstick phase:
1-Bad day, no nuyen
2-1 nuyen
3-2 nuyen
4-3 nuyen
5-4 nuyen
6-6 nuyen
7+ - The Rafinery has been blown up by an eco terrorist goup. Trash Oil
