I like it getting kinda of tired of see all the good cards for the
Amerindian set lets see more anti Indian cards.

flavor: "cant they ever get along"

it could really hurt a opponent if you got lot of Indians, but then
what's to say they wont play it on you.

not use skills or special ability for rest of game.
at start of every turn owner of runner may roll.
