This depends on how you read 'voluntarily' -- using Invisibility,
ostensibly, voluntarily returns Runners to the safehouse (as does Wind
Spirit) -- so it comes across as pretty greedy against certan decks.

Interesting idea, though; and two ideas come to balance it. Increase
the cost (2Y/Runner comes a bit closer, although its still extremely
cheap). Or, add a side benefit: Challenges don't benefit from armor, or
all Runners with Weapons gain +2/- until the end of the shadowrun. But
it's still *extremely* powerful for its cost.

On the other hand, it sounds like you can use it against other players
-- eseentially, costing them 5 Reputation (and the 'lost' Challenge may
not be a big deal, if I know they can't sleaze the Hellish Traffic
behind it). At the moment, it's an limited, non-random Just a Rumor.

Or to make the Trolls superbuff. There *are* some decent (5/5? 6/6?
Don't have it in front of me) Trolls already. It's balanced slightly by
the generally high cost of Amerinds - and, to be frank, is a better
wording than Leader of the Pack (though the bonus should vary like LotP
does).

Hmm. Well, I remember seeing a suggestion for War Paint that did 2ap
damage to its user on a bad roll, so it's one up on that ;) I'm trying
to keep the number of straight bonuses to Threat Ratings down to a
minimum. Remember that as miscellaneous Gear, it stacks on top of
Cyberware, Weapons, and other miscellaneous Gear.

Most of the Threat and skill bonuses are coming from the feathers and
prayer sticks.
