I'd go one step further and make it Unique. If I could stack my deck with
four of these, there'd be some pissed off players....

Or if not intended to offer your opponent a "side door", you could make it
limited to player's own objective, and they pick which opponent's challenge
to return...

Unlike LOTP, it seems that more than one can be in play? Or does this bear
the same restriction?

I'd probably bump up the cost, but not include the 2AP damage...unless, of
course, they're allergic to cosmetics ;-)
