I like this card. I've tried playing Lone Star and have come to this
conclution.
There should have been a card (or added to Lone Star HQ) that gives you
rep if your Lone Star cops directly stop a shadowrun. Until then, this
card would help. I would change the special abiltiy to ----- My use Lone
Star spacific special cards. That way she can use the arrest type
cards, but doesn't benifit from Lone Star HQ.

ON a side note:
i would also sugest that Amerindians have tags like "Tribal Shaman",
"Tribal Mage".
"Tribal Ganger". the last instead of Tribal Warrior (i saw that
somewhere). This lets each of them be used in decks that are not NAN
spacific.
