Looks like the Whoops was played on me :) Actually, it's not a bad
ploy, since it covers his butt in case he does get Whoopsed. Also,
since the amount of damage Heavy Full can negate depends on who's
wearing it, it mens you can pop off quite a bit of damage.
(And lastly - Louie da B and Dermal Plating gets the same result, even
cheaper.)
