1. Shasta has Casting of 2, so she may only cast two spells per turn,
even with combat fetishes.
2. Fireball replaces her threat rating in combat. It can only be
replaced once per combat, so unless she goes into 2 fights in a turn, 3
fetishes and fireballs are useless. ---Felix
