Er, No.
Asking for FASA copyrighted info on any of the lists at Itribe.net is
generally a very bad idea.

Check Amazon.com, I just did a quick check and it says they can get
Shadowbeat within 1-2 weeks, generally. Also, the module A Killing Glare
had the Urban Brawl rules.

BTW, the rules to play the game in Shadowrun weren't given, just the games
description and rules. You would need to apply normal Shadowrun rules to it
to actually run the Urban Brawl game. (Or just go diceless, my weapon of
choice. <g>)
