I like this as well. Good working, but again I would hate to loose 4+
gear cards for a lousy four nuyen. Also, when a runner is on a
shadoweun that runner is turned... so it couldn't turn as called for by
the cards effect. How about wording something like this

name - investigation
type - Stinger
cost - x
Text - Turn detective to target runner that just participated in a
shadowrun. TR is under investagation. TR cannot go on another
shadowrun for X turns for every 2¥ spent.

Just a suggestion,
