How many times to I get to roll. Once per turn, once per runner for the
entire game. Needs a little bit more clarification. But good
otherwise.

Hows about this

Type - Objective
Name - Investigation Report
Reputation - 20
Restrictions - none
Text - Once Reveiled, on the discard phase of every players turn place
1 secret counter on Investigation Report.
Bonus - Player earns 1 rep or 1 nuyen for every secretes token on
Investigation Report when it is taken, players choice.
Flavor - "You want the bounty on that... or just my thanks?"
