If you want cyberware on a runner, try Ghost Who Walks. He can't be
targeted by Specials (e.g. Wanted and Cyber-Psychosis). He is a prime
runner, is affected by essence loss and has an upkeep; so he isn't a
*great* card, but he is useful to put a Cyber-arm or two on him plus a
katana.

IMHO, I don't think so; CP balances the game, makes you spread the
cyberware around and not load up too much on one runner (I've got enough
problems fighting off bruiser decks, don't need another deck type that
could be bigger). Besides, using cyberware is supposed to be risky, and,
not everyone plays with CP (it is useful only in specific situations)
