I would just like to know of some of the combos people have put together
with Underworld cards.
One of my personal favorites is Black Market and Sisko. Slap down
your Black Market with a Sisko or two on the table and you have got
yourself a regular swap meet. The beauty of it is that every player can
use the Black Market, giving you a little insurance against the ol'
Cherry Bomb curse.
Another handy dandy combo that seems to give you that edge is to
play In the Spotlight on Glitz and Thrash, in effect keeping your
"trustworthy neighbors from keeping up with the Jones." This also works
well on runners like Duncan who can make swiss cheese out of a run just
because he can.
And how about The Eternal Vow on your good buddy across the table
while you happen to have Mendez and his twin brother Mendez sitting in
your safehouse with a couple of shuriken. Nasty for Deckers and mages.
One last one. Sudden Goblinization is a great card by itself, but
if a or two Loki happens to be louging around with some spare change in
his pockets and luck has it that you draw this card, well then strike up
the 21 gun salute because there ain't nothin' perttier than a dead
troll.
Anyhoo, those are just some of my favorites, but they are getting a
little crusty. I need some fresh tactical ammo. I'd appreciatte your
input.
