I would give him a stamina and melee 2 to keep in step with the title and cost

Some vehiles would not fit indoors regardless how skilled the rigger is.
How about this: since he is anti-social and there are so many folks who
whine about wanting to keep their riggers safe etc., raise his cost, give
him piloting 2 and enable him to pilot his drones from the safe house. I
realize that this would make the runner very valuable so some restrictions
or penalty for doing so. Possible all drones suffer twice the normal
amount of fatigue.

His scope seems very limited. Its seems his only value would be to sleeze
through a very limited number of challenges, why is his cost so high?

What benifit does ths give the runner?

Hmmm. This seems that this type of equipment would be used to destroy the
location itself (A Cherry Bomb maker). Possibly raising the cost to
destroy builings and paying extra for a chance to trash runners that were
visiting it since it would take more skill, planning, and preparation to
destroy a building remotely at the exact monent when there are specific
people inside.

How does this work? It seems too unrealistic that you would be able to
pick multiple targets for one bomb unless they were already near one
another. In addition, there is alrdy the time dely bomb and the cortex bomb.

This one is good! How about making the 5+ target runner takes 4 damage and
all runners in the targets area take 1 point of shrapnal (spelling?) damage.
