now it is clear why he has a upkeep of 2. intil now i thought that was
way to much for him. but if you think about it. he is such a pivital
runner that he can help protect the rest of his chummers by just being
there. I really hope that the ruling comes back that yes no specail
that would invol GWW (may it be as part of a team or in the safehouse)
may be play if he is out.
