Using house rules is one way to deal with bully decks - I choose to wait
for Corp Wars for usable strategies. It is possible to build a deck to
beat bullies, but that won´t help you in tourney play against many
different decks. A working anti-bully deck needs to either steal all the
money or kill the trolls as soon as they come into play.
