You roll once when the card is played and never again. If you can get this
card out early before you play too many gangers, the chances are good that
the roll will be successful; at this point, the more gangers you can play
the stronger the target runner will get. In a human/razorhead/ganger deck
that I built, I had Stilleto with 2 cyber arms, 2 hand razors, and 6 other
gangers out. Stilleto ended up being, with melee bonus to the razors,
19/10 -- expensive, but fun!
