The card text says something to the effect
that no shadoruns can be made for 1 turn
for every 5 Nuyen spent.
Is that 1 of my turns? Or the players turns?
If there are 3 players, I play Block Party on
my turn and spend 5 Nuyen, can no Runs
be made until it comes around to my turn
again? Or is it just that the next player is
SOL while the 3rd Player can make a
Run?
