The way we've always understood it for this card is that a 'turn' is one
complete round for every one. So if there are four players, then each gets
his/her respective round, consisting of the objective phase through the
shadowrun phase, (making four rounds to one turn, the turn for player 'A'
ending when player 'D' is finished and player 'A' begins again.) Otherwise
IMHO it's a waste of five nuyen, effectively turning the game into a bridge
match. Hope this helps.
