The bodygard can take dammage directed on another if the 2 following
condition are meet:
-they must be at the same "location" (safehouse,on a run,...)
-If not on a run, you must turn the bodygard.

The fact that dammage is directed to a single runner(chosed or random) don't
stop this ability, the bodygard can also act in runner vs runner if,for
exemple, he is part of an intercepted or intecepting team.
