I have been thinking to "reduce" it to "Play only after a
"corporation" challenge has been defeated", but i don't know how much
coporate challenge there will be, what is sure is that the card must be
unique and, on second thought, the armor incrementation must be dropped.
For the fight with runner in the safehouse, i see all this as a mercs team
fighting to prtect the site from intrusion more than as a punitive expedition.
