And a card game (IMO) isn't something that you can work with a pile of
freelancers on (As easily as a RPG). If FASA decided to hire 12 people
each to do 10 cards for the next expansion, the thing would never get done.

And AFAIK the problem isn't with the creation process. It's with with the
printing/distributing process. Keep in mind that FASA is "Releasing a book
every 45 minutes" after Shadowrun 3 at GenCon, and they're also busy
dealing with what's left of the Earthdawn..

If you want to voice your opinions to FASA, do so *politely* and
*profesionally*. Take the time to express your opinions clearly, don't
rant, and spend the time running a spell and grammar checker. Act like
it's a job interview, and they'll be more receptive to what you have to say.
