I don't agree then they will have to make rulings on all the "enhanced"
runners like Ravage, Flatline (is his A1 due to a vest or dermal plating)
there are others I'm sure but they escape me at the moment....what really
seems ludicrous is how all of the simple questions go on, and on, and on, and
on, and on...too much stress guys grab a cold beer and listen to some mellow
music before you blow a brain vein
